Refund Policy

Effective October 19, 2026.

Current videos are one-time purchases for a customized digital product at USD $4.99 for 720P. Generation begins after payment is confirmed.

If generation is confirmed to have failed before delivery, we request a full refund to the original payment method. Your private order page shows the refund status; processing by the payment provider and bank may take additional time. A successfully delivered personalized video is non-refundable for a change of mind, a different photo choice, or normal variations in AI output.

If your video has not been delivered, contact support@zombiecouplevideo.lat with your order ID. We will investigate pending or interrupted orders and confirm whether delivery or a refund is appropriate. Existing orders remain subject to the terms presented when they were purchased.
